“Havana Syndrome,” named for the microwave targeting of US Embassy employees in Havana, Cuba first reported in 2016, has been defined by the National Academy of Sciences as resulting from pulsed microwave energy directed at the brain. Attorney Ana Toledo, Major Mike Gary and Dr. Vliet discuss the expansion of these deep state “targeting” tactics going on today in more than 60 countries, including America. William “Bill” Cooper in his book Behold a Pale Horse tried to warn us about the government’s super advanced technologies. The first chapter in his book was expertly labeled Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars, named after the May 1979 Technical Manual TM-SW7905. A copy of this Technical Manual was found in 1986 in an IBM copier that was purchased at a surplus sale. An excerpt from the chapter:
“It is patently impossible to discuss social engineering or the automation of a society, i.e., the engineering of social automation systems (SILENT WEAPONS) on a NATIONAL or WORLDWIDE SCALE without implying extensive OBJECTIVES of SOCIAL CONTROL and DESTRUCTION OF HUMAN LIFE, i.e., SLAVERY and GENOCIDE.
This manual is in itself an analog declaration of intent. Such a writing must be SECURED FROM PUBLIC SCRUTINY. Otherwise, it might be recognized as a TECHNICALLY FORMAL DECLARATION OF DOMESTIC WAR. Furthermore, whenever any person or group of persons in a position of great power and WITHOUT FULL KNOWLEDGE and CONSENT OF THE PUBLIC, USES SUCH KNOWLEDGE and METHODOLOGY FOR ECONOMIC CONQUEST —it must be understood that A STATE OF DOMESTIC WARFARE EXISTS between said person or group of persons and the public.”
The unintended discovery shows us a battle plan on how to take America down. It spells out the intention to socially engineer the public as a major strategy to achieve total control. We saw these tactics play out in the Covid mandates. Turning compassion for others into a psychological weapon of societal control is what led the public to follow the tyrannical, ineffective, but destructive mandates such as mask wearing, social distancing, and COVID injections.
This manual essentially declares war on the public and every individual in our society. More evidence appears daily that the entire population of Americans is targeted for destruction, with some more specifically targeted for intense intervention designed to be so camouflaged as to make people think they are losing their minds and seek psychiatric treatment. These Targeted Individuals (TI) are the subject of our Whistleblower Report today.
The definition of a Targeted Individual per www.targetedjustice.com is:
“A Targeted Individual (TI) is someone that has been selected by the Deep State (usually FBI, DHS, or CIA) to unwillingly participate in an experimental CIA torture program.”
This program was developed under the CIA’s MK-Ultra project and is designed to break down the individual and “neutralize the person,” using psychological, physical, and emotional stress. The ultimate goal of this program is to control the entire population, through intimidation, fear, and threats. Political activists, Labor Union leaders, Scientists, and Whistleblowers are some of the main targets of the program. However, some people are randomly chosen. Family and spousal relationships are usually destroyed, as part of this psychological torture.
Ana L. Toledo, was one such Targeted Individual. Her mission in life is to help further educate the public on the advance array of technologies used to torture such individuals, one of which is using the same pulsed microwave energy used in Havana Cuba. This pattern of injuries caused by intentional directed pulsed electromagnetic energy exposure is more properly referred to as Non-Kinetic Brain Injury. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Ana Toledo, a Columbia graduate, earned a Masters of Studies in Environmental Law at Vermont Law School with the intention of cleaning up the toxic disaster left behind by Big Pharma, government, and industry through the citizen suit mechanism embedded in federal environmental statutes.
