The power of suggestion

The FDA has denied in court that it forbid using Ivermectin as a treatment for COVID. Yet, Doctors who used the very effective treatment of Ivermectin to combat COVID were ridiculed, censored and many lost their jobs. Now the FDA is saying that it doesn’t know anything about any ban on Ivermectin for COVID. Just like all the companies that went along with requiring employees to get the COVID “vaccine” now are revising history about the failed efforts. The companies said they were complying with the government, yet the government says it never mandated private business to require the ineffective and unsafe COVID shots or treatments. They were merely suggestions.

The Epoch Times reported that FDA lawyer Isaac Belffer testified on November 1 in Dallas Federal Court, “The cited statements were not directives. They were not mandatory. They were recommendations. They said what parties should do. They said, for example, why you should not take ivermectin to treat COVID-19. They did not say you may not do it, you must not do it. They did not say it’s prohibited or it’s unlawful. They also did not say that doctors may not prescribe ivermectin…They use informal language, that is true…it’s conversational but not mandatory.” The hearing was in response to a lawsuit by three doctors who say FDA’s actions interfered with their practice of medicine. One of the doctors lost his job over it.

The lawsuit cites several instances where the FDA interfered with the doctors’ practice of medicine and violated the law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Included as evidence in the lawsuit are the FDA webpage titled “Why You Should Not Use Ivermectin to Treat or Prevent COVID-19”; a post with a link to the page on Twitter saying: “You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Seriously, y’all. Stop it.”; another post stating: “Hold your horses, y’all. Ivermectin may be trending, but it still isn’t authorized or approved to treat COVID-19.” In a separate page, the FDA said: “Q: Should I take ivermectin to prevent or treat COVID-19? A: No.” The court is being petitioned to rule the actions unlawful and bar the FDA from directing or opining as to whether ivermectin should be used to treat COVID-19.

These are examples of the “suggestions” the government used to dictate COVID treatment, which in many cases did more harm than good. The news media and large companies were guided by the government to censor dissent, mandate COVID “vaccination,” and lockdown the economy. They used fear and threats to do so. When government, media, and business conspire to sidestep the law and obfuscate the Constitution tyranny is not far off. The word “deceive” and derivatives of it are found some 248 times in the Bible, usually warning as Christ said in Matthew 24:4,”Take heed that no man deceive you.” Understand the government is a political body with its own agenda and it wields its power in many ways. With COVID, the power of suggestion was all that was needed to do great harm to both your health and your freedom.
