Many of you may be taking “Vitamin E” thinking you are getting an important antioxidant. But did you know that the majority of vitamin E supplements on the store shelves are the synthetic dl-alpha tocopherol form, made from cheap petrochemicals not absorbed well. Synthetic vitamin E has actually been shown in a variety of studies during my career to even have negative effects, and did not have the clinical benefits we thought.

Check your own vitamin bottle to see what form of Vitamin E you are taking: synthetic = dl-alpha tocopherol; natural Vitamin E is d-alpha tocopherol, which is the form I have recommended for my patients for many years. Don’t forget to check your multivitamins also. Unfortunately, most multivitamins contain only the synthetic vitamin E. That is why we specifically choose to formulate our TruMultiV™ and TruMultiV™ with Iron using natural form of vitamin E.

Since 2020 when COVID 19 illness and then in 2021 with the COVID injections, Vitamin E has become an even more important adjunct anticoagulant agent, along with Aspirin, Fish oils and nattokinase, to lower the risk of blood clots caused by inflammatiom and vascular damage due to the spike protein and lipid nanoparticles in the mRNA shots.

Although Vitamin E has been called the “master antioxidant,” that term correctly only applies to the natural and full spectrum forms of vitamin E that includes eight different related compounds of tocopherols and tocotrienols found in foods like nuts, vegetable oils and green vegetables. The eight different compounds are alpha-, beta-, gamma-, and delta-tocopherols and alpha-, beta-, gamma-, and delta-tocotrienols. Most research in the past was only done using alpha-tocopherol. But more current research has found that the important health benefits of “Vitamin E” actually involve the mixed tocopherols AND full spectrum tocotrienols.

But it is difficult to find products that contain all of these other isomers of vitamin E, such as gamma and delta-tocopherols and tocotrienols. In addition, tocotrieneols are poorly absorbed. That is why I am really excited to offer our TruVitamin E™ Full Spectrum product. In fact, I was so impressed with the scientific data supporting our product that I stopped the one I was using and changed to our TruVitamin E™ Full Spectrum product.

Let’s learn more about the full spectrum feature that makes TruVitamin E™ Full Spectrum so special.

TruVitamin E™ Full Spectrum not only contains the full spectrum of Vitamin E isomers –tocopherols and tocotrienols, but it also features EVNol SupraBio™ a patented bio enhancing technology that has been shown to increase tocotrienol absorption rates in humans by an average of 250%, adding unique health benefits not provided -only formulas.

Bio-enhanced tocotrienol/tocopherol complex EVNol SupraBio™ is a natural, full-spectrum tocopherol and tocotrienol complex extracted and concentrated from the red palm fruits (Elaeis guineensis) of sustainable plantations in Peninsular Malaysia. This vitamin E complex also contains minute amounts of other phytonutrients such as plant squalene, phytosterols, coenzyme Q10, and mixed carotenoids that are naturally extracted together with tocotrienols. This patented formula contains a precise mixture of oil and approved food emulsifiers at optimum ratio and processing that self emulsifies in the gastrointestinal tract to facilitate and provide a rapid and consistent absorption into the plasma, independent of dietary fat or food intake.*

TruVitamin E™ Full Spectrum product includes the tocopherol and tocotrienol isomers of Vitamin E that newer studies have shown provide superior antioxidant and cell-signaling properties offering greater benefits.

Natural vitamin E has long been known to reduce oxidative stress based ailments including cardiovascular disease, cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, cataracts, macular degeneration. But recent research has demonstrated non-antioxidant mechanisms, including cell-signaling transduction and gene expression.

Some studies have shown tocotrienols have superior antioxidant activity compared to tocopherols and also exhibit biological activities related to neuroprotection, radioprotection, (such reducing damage from EMF and ionizing radiation), cell-life regulation, cytokine modulation, and lipid metabolism that are not shared by tocopherols.

As a physician, it is clear to me that tocopherols and tocotrienols have complementary, unique, and important functions we all need as we age and as we are assaulted by environmental and food additive chemicals that damage our health. Providing a formula that supplies the full spectrum of natural vitamin E, in TruVitamin E™ Full Spectrum, is important me, both as a stand-alone supplement for my patients and as part of our TruResilience Formula for overall health.

To your improving health!
