Dr. Francis Boyle, a distinguished professor of international law at the University of Illinois, best known as the primary author of the 1989 Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism act, was a pivotal figure in the medical freedom movement, particularly through his critical examination of the origins of COVID-19. He asserted that the COVID-19 virus was an offensive biological warfare weapon, a perspective that challenged mainstream narratives and underscored the need for transparency and accountability in public health. Widely regarded as the “expert of experts” in biological laws, Boyle used “Occam’s razor” concept to determine that COVID-19 originated from the Wuhan lab. This conclusion has since been validated by the CIA’s recent admission confirming the lab as the source. Dr. Boyle’s insights encouraged individuals to question official accounts and advocate for their health rights, reinforcing the medical freedom movement’s emphasis on informed consent and bodily autonomy.
In addition to his analysis of the virus’s origins, Dr. Boyle was a vocal critic of the COVID-19 vaccination campaigns. He released an affidavit asserting that the mRNA nanoparticle injections constituted biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction. This bold stance provided a legal framework for challenging vaccine mandates as unlawful and a violation of Constitutional rights, thereby empowering citizens to resist policies they deemed coercive or harmful. In Memoriam PRAYER: Dr. Francis Boyle
With sadness we announce that Dr. Francis Boyle died unexpectedly at the age of 74, on January 30, 2025. Dr. Boyle was a renowned American professor, attorney, and human rights advocate whose life’s work was dedicated to international law and humanitarian causes. Throughout his career, he was a relentless advocate for human rights, holding governments accountable for war crimes and standing up for oppressed populations worldwide. His legal expertise and unwavering commitment to justice made him a powerful voice against government overreach and the misuse of legal frameworks to justify war, oppression, and unethical medical mandates. Boyle’s work had a profound impact beyond academia, influencing critical legal battles and humanitarian efforts worldwide.
As a professor of law at the University of Illinois College of Law, Dr. Boyle played a crucial role in drafting the U.S. Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, which sought to prevent the development and use of biological weapons. In a recent legal case in Florida led by Dr. Joesph Sansone, Dr. Boyle presented his Affidavit stating that the Covid 19 mRNA nanoparticle injections violate the 1989 law he wrote. Dr. Boyle asserted that ‘COVID 19 injections’, ‘COVID 19 nanoparticle injections’, and ‘mRNA nanoparticle injections’ are biological weapons and weapons of mass destruction and violate Biological Weapons 18 USC § 175; Weapons and Firearms § 790.166 Fla. Stat. (2023).
Dr. Boyle’s research and legal arguments were instrumental to Major Mike Gary’s rebuttal against the military’s unlawful COVID-19 vaccine mandate, providing a foundation rooted in international law and human rights. Additionally, Major Gary studied Boyle’s books extensively to become a CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear) Hazmat responder, a testament to the real-world applications of Boyle’s expertise.
