In early April of 2024, Senator Rand Paul went on a whirlwind tour of the media. He presented new information from a highly credible military officer and whistleblower that fifteen (15) US government agencies knew about Ecohealth Alliance’s dangerous gain-of-function work at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, known as project DEFUSE. Senator Rand Paul was appalled at the lack of concern and disclosure to Congress and the public by our own government agencies.

Senator Rand Paul’s whistleblower testimony shows unequivocally that our current government not only lacks integrity but is directly working to harm the American people –and the people of other countries as COVID and the COVID shots were unleased on the entire planet. People who knew the dangers kept silent in the face of this evil plan.
This latest military whistleblower testimony is clearly the biggest revelation in the cover-up of the truth about the COVID catastrophe. We are finally getting to the root cause and the real issue; the origin of both COVID and then the COVID mRNA injections. Fortunately for the American people and the world beyond our borders, there was one person who knew the truth about the COVID origin and had integrity and the best interests of American people at heart.
In a 15 April 2024 Epoch Times article by Jonathan Miltimore, Rand Paul Pulls Back Curtain on the ‘Great COVID Cover-Up, he writes: “All of these parties failed to speak up when COVID-19, one of the deadliest viruses in a century, emerged from Wuhan, Dr. Paul said, and details of the DEFUSE project may not have come to light at all if not for a whistleblower (identified as Lt. Col. Joseph Murphy).”
The one man with enough integrity to come forward about the dangerous work of Ecohealth Alliance was Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) Joseph Murphy (he held the rank of Major at the time of disclosure). He was a Fellow of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), essentially the brain-cell of the Pentagon. A DARPA Fellow is a Military Information liaison Officer who provides a link between branches of the military and DARPA. Because of his critical and prestigious position as a DARPA Fellow, LTC Murphy would be very knowledgeable in the sciences, particularly biology.
Major Mike Gary, today’s host of the Whistleblower Report, is a US Military Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) weapons officer and Hazardous Material Responder who has evaluated LTC Murphy’s disclosure and calls it the most important disclosure to date.
LTC Murphy’s testimony shows that an military service member who honored his oath to defend American against all enemies—foreign and domestic—accurately perceived COVID as a biological weapon, just as Major Gary and others have said. LTC Murphy had the right military training and schooling to know what he was seeing. Major Gary’s training as a CBRN HAZMAT responder has come indirectly from past DARPA projects, simulations and training events.
Major Gary, Dr. Vliet and many others seeing the truth of COVID as a bioweapon have often felt extremely discouraged in the deliberate deception and missteps America’s military leaders, elected officials, and federal agency directors took dealing with COVID. If America and the world had treated COVID as the bioweapon it was, the whole response would have been different.
Subject matter experts like LTC Murphy and Major Gary, courageous physicians and scientists who were available could have been consulted for expertise on a bioweapon response. Instead we saw the FDA sabotage effective early treatments, and the CDC propose ridiculous measures –social distancing, masking, experimental unreliable PCR testing, lockdowns, business and school closures—with no scientific evidence whatsoever to support their use. Safe, older repurposed medicines such as Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine would have been the approach recommended, masks, 6-foot distancing, and finally quack-cines, deceptively called “vaccines” when these products were gene therapy agents of death and destruction.
On August 13, 2021 MAJ Joseph Murphy submitted a SARS-CoV-2 Origins investigation analysis to the Department of Defense Inspector General (DOD IG). Tragically for America and those injured with the COVID shots, MAJ Murphey’s 2021 analysis was ignored by the IG office, as they appeared to lack the knowledge or integrity to investigate it.
This lack of action has been a reoccurring theme in the DOD IG office. Many military whistleblowers have filed reports about military religious belief violations, damages from the COVID injections, violations of military law, and the skyrocketing medical complications reported in the VAERS system. Major Gary speaks from personal experience as one of many service members who filed such complaints received dismissive attitudes and lack of any action by the IG office for the Department of the Army.
LTC Joseph Murphy states in his Memorandum to the DoD Inspector General:
“SARS-CoV-2, hereafter referred to as SARSr-CoV-WIV, is a synthetic spike protein chimera engineered to attach to human ACE2 receptors and inserted into a recombinant bat SARSr-CoV backbone. It is likely a live vaccine not yet engineered to a more attenuated state that the program sought to create with its final version. It leaked and spread rapidly because it was aerosolized so it could efficiently infect bats in caves, but it was not ready to infect bats yet, which is why it does not appear to infect bats. The reason the disease is so confusing is because it is less a virus than it is engineered spike proteins hitch-hiking a ride on SARr-CoV quasi-species swarm. The closer it is to the final live Attenuated vaccine form, the more likely that it has been de-attenuating since initial escape in August 2019.”
LTC Murphy further states and warns that:
“The gene-encoded, or “mRNA,” vaccines work poorly because they are synthetic replications of the already-synthetic SARS-CoV-WIV spike proteins and possess no other epitopes. The mRNA instructs the cells to produce synthetic copies of the SARSr-CoV-WIV synthetic spike protein directly into the bloodstream, wherein they spread and produce the same ACE2 immune storm that the recombinant vaccine does. Many doctors in the country have identified that the symptoms of the vaccine reactions mirror the symptoms of the disease, which corroborates with the similar synthetic nature and function or the respective spike proteins. The vaccine recipient has no defense against the bloodstream entry, but their nose protects them from the recombinant spike protein quasi-species during “natural infection” (better termed as aerosolized inoculation).”
Whether the spike protein is aerosolized or injected into someone’s blood, it is still a bioweapon. Injecting the spike protein directly into the blood, like LTC Murphy states, is most definitely the deadliest way to kill people. Clearly the design of the COVID bioweapon provided several options for delivery to an unsuspecting population.
Now that we know that the COVID bioweapon was funded using American taxpayer dollars under the direction of corrupt bureaucrats, the obvious question arises: was it released intentionally? Knowledgeable people like LTC Murphy, Major Gary and other experts need to be brought into the mix to investigate whether it was an intentional release before the 2020 election to disrupt the election or a high-risk accident due to the poorest of safety measures.
US government officials, in acts of treason, taught China how to make gene-corrupting bioweapons. We call it treason because it is unconscionable that people in our own federal agencies shared sensitive, even classified weapons information with a threat like China. American and the world is now paying the price with excess deaths, record rise in late-stage aggressive cancers, skyrocketing rates of stillborn pregnancies and miscarriages, rising dementia, heart attacks and strokes to name just a few of the catastrophic consequences.
Those who spoke the truth were demonized as “conspiracy theorists” for raising questions and concerns about the origin of COVID-19. LTC Murphy’s disclosure to Senator Rand Paul and Senator Ron Johnson completely vindicates those who raised the alarm. It is a national disgrace and travesty that the US Military summarily terminated nearly 10,000 highly experienced and highly trained military service members who refused to take the COVID bioweapon shot. Major Gary, a certified bioweapon expert with 26 years’ experience in the military and the only bioweapon expert in his home state, is one of many such examples fired for telling the truth early on about the now proven COVID bioweapon.
It is now 2024 and we face another Presidential election as we did in 2020. Are the same corrupt government officials planning yet another “pandemic” to unleash yet another bioweapon? America, WAKE UP and speak out. Do not be so quick to comply with yet another round of propaganda, lies and deception for our government and its media lapdogs.
